Accessing Your Fund, Made Easy.
As a fund holder at the Community Foundation of South Puget Sound, you can securely view and manage your fund details anytime, from anywhere, using the Fund Advisor Portal.
Whether you're checking your fund balance, making a contribution, or recommending a grant, the Portal is available 24/7 from any device to support your giving.
Getting Started With the Portal
Once your fund is established, Community Foundation staff will initiate your access to the Portal. You’ll receive an automated email with a personalized link to create your login credentials.
We recommend writing down your password and storing it in a secure place. Community Foundation staff cannot access your password. For added security, please remember to log out after each session. If you:
- Didn’t receive the invitation email
- Need to change the email associated with your account
- Or get locked out of the Portal

What You Can Do in the Portal
The Fund Advisor Portal is designed to make managing your fund simple and intuitive. Once logged in, you can:
- View your current fund balance
- See recent contributions and activity
- Initiate a grant request (if applicable)
- Make a gift to your fund or any other fund at the Community Foundation
- Access Fund Statements
Ready to Log In?

Once you're in:
- Enter your username and password
- Select the fund you’d like to view (if you manage more than one)
- Use the navigation tabs to explore fund details, make grants, and more!
