Public Availability Policy

The Community Foundation of South Puget Sound is a public charity, recognized as such by the Internal Revenue Service under section 501(c)(3). As such, the Community Foundation honors all requests for public review and inspection of the following documents:

  • ‍Form 990T – Exempt Organization Business Income Tax Return*
  • ‍Audited Financial Statement
  • ‍IRS Determination Letter

The Community Foundation retains the discretion to charge reasonable fees for duplication and/or mailing of any of these documents when such requests are made.
