Special Note For 2024 Scholarship Applications

Earlier this year, the Department of Education shortened the application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) form and changed the SAI (formerly EFC) tables to reflect needs more accurately, especially for low-income student households. We have recently become aware that the new application has significant issues that are preventing families from applying successfully, and others are experiencing substantial delays. To ensure that we continue to serve student scholarship applicants, we are also allowing students to apply for open scholarship opportunities using a Federal Student Aid Estimator for those affected by these recent changes. Students who choose to submit a scholarship application using the FAFSA Estimator will need to email their FAFSA Student Summary or WASFA Financial Aid Offer to Community Foundation staff once received.

Additional information and resources are available to student applicants in the Students tab.
